Use a cúpla focal tonight at Riverbank Arts Centre

To mark Riverbank Arts Centre’s participation in the Ionad ag Foghlaim scheme, we are encouraging our patrons to use their cúpla focal at tonight’s sell-out performance of Moonfish Theatre’s Star of the Sea.

Moonfish Theatre’s acclaimed bilingual production of Joseph O’Connor’s novel will be followed by a Q&A with the company where audience members will be supported in using a little Irish to ask their question. We will provide the audience with a leaflet of handy phrases, with which to ask questions. Moonfish Theatre will also provide a leaflet with further ways that people can get involved with improving their Irish into the future.

Galway-based, Moonfish Theatre produce bi-lingual works in a fun, and accessible manner. We are looking forward to working with them as our Artists in Residence throughout 2016.
