Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sale
By attending events at Riverbank Arts Centre you are accepting the following Terms & Conditions and agreeing to be bound by them and to comply by all applicable laws and regulations.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your performance start time. Latecomers will not be admitted.
- Children over 12 Months of age must have a separate ticket.
- All Sales are final. Remember to verify the performance date and time on your tickets.
- For concession tickets – relevant ID must be produced on collection of tickets.
- Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless the event is cancelled. All tickets will be offered subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Riverbank Arts Centre management reserve the right of admission, even when tickets have been purchased.
- Riverbank Arts Centre accepts no responsibility for possessions lost or stolen on the premises.
Riverbank Arts Centre management reserve the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
