The Odd Theatre Company is proud to present the smash-hit musical Once, featuring the sensational music of Glen Hansard and Markéta Irglová. Based on the 2007 film of the same name, and including songs such as the Academy Award-winning Falling Slowly, Gold, and Leave, Once has received widespread critical acclaim on both sides of the Atlantic, winning eight Tony Awards, two Olivier awards, and the Grammy for Best Musical Theatre Album.

With a book by Irish playwright Enda Walsh, Once tells the story of a musician from Dublin, identified only as ‘Guy’, and his fateful meeting with a young Czech woman, identified only as ‘Girl’. Brought together by a shared passion for music, a complex relationship develops that shows us the many faces of love and the unexpected paths they take us.
