Join us for a relaxed online creative writing workshop designed for teens with Long Covid (and other energy limiting conditions like ME/CFS) No experience necessary, just bring a willingness to play, a pen, piece of paper, and a picture on your phone of your favourite place.

The workshop will be paced for brain fog and aims to help with concentration, spark joy and create connection. If you are having a dip on the day, feel free to just join us from bed and just listen in. Designed & led by Nell Regan, poet, writer and teacher; herself recovering from Long Covid.
