Summer Songschool
Summer Songschool is designed for secondary school students who are interested in writing & recording songs, making a video, learning about music technology, meeting people who love music as much as they do, not to mention forming bands & having fun!
All Summer Songschool students receive a CD of songs written and recorded, a DVD of videos produced and a Songschool IMRO certificate of participation.

About the tutors:
Christian Teusner
An accomplished professional musician, Chris Teusner has worked alongside legendary American producer Steve Albini in his Chicagostudios, he has co-written music for films and has toured extensively throughout Europe, America, Australia, Asia,, UKand Ireland. Residing in Co Kildare for the past 8 years Chris is keen to help nurture and support up and coming young musical talent.
Rilla Conlon
Rilla Conlon is a singer, songwriter and musician from Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan. Rilla gigs frequently around Ireland and abroad and alongside working with Songschool, Rilla works in the field of ethnomusicology which involves collecting songs from cultures worldwide.
