Illustration Workshop
Time: 2pm to 4pm
Suitable for ages 8-12 yrs.
Create your very own illustrations, and learn lots of the tricks of the trade with Naimh Sharkey. Niamh is an award winning author and illustrator of children’s picture books. Have a look inside her notebooks and find out where Niamh gets her ideas from. This workshop is a wonderful chance to get some tips on how to design funny characters and funky worlds!
Niamh has won The Irish Book of The Year Award in 2010 for her Book On The Road with Mavis and Marge. Her titles included the Ravenous Beast, Santasurus and I’m a Happy Hugglewug all published by Walker Books. I’m a Happy Hugglewug is currently being developed into a pre-school animation series by Brown Bag Films.
