Trust Games
This is 2010 ‘Teens in the Wild’ territory as eight disadvantaged young people and their two teachers head off in a minibus for a weekend of bonding and self discovery in the countyside.
As best laid plans fall apart and -‘trust games’ fail to work-the adventure looks like proving a failure before an unexpected turnabout brings about a surprise resolution.
This play is part of the NAYD New Stage programme 2011. The programme showcases plays that have been generated by either member youth theatres or by the young people themselves and aims to ‘ create work for young people that is true and authentic to them and their voice’
Griese Youth Theatre acknowledges permission from NAYD to perform this play.
