The Sun, The Moon and The Apple
Inspired by a series of poems by Ted Hughes entitled ‘The Epilogue Poems‘. The production conveys free structure of poetry generating a dreamy and sensual atmosphere. The project is a cross-disciplinary experiment combining visual arts and video installation with a theatrical performance based on poetry.
Featuring original score and video projection, the main theme of the production is the male – female dichotomy of the universe and the never-ending quest for balance and harmony. The production plays with both textual and visual qualities of theatre and explores elements of Greek theatre and of physical and dance theatre.
