The Importance of Being Oscar is a whistle-stop journey through the life of theatrical luminary and flamboyant socialite, Mr. Oscar Wilde: his work, pleasures, triumphs and troubles. The one-man play toured the world in the sixties to critical exultation and popular adulation and Micheál Mac Liammóir’s is revival is no less grand.
